The brief
The Blissmet founders came to us with a clear vision but no product. They needed a marketplace where customers planning events in Delhi could discover, compare and book verified vendors across multiple categories. The challenge was building trust on both sides — customers needed confidence in vendors, vendors needed a clean dashboard to manage enquiries and bookings.
What we built
We designed and built the full platform from scratch. The customer-facing side includes category browsing, vendor profiles with portfolios, and a streamlined booking flow. On the vendor side, a dashboard lets businesses manage their listings, respond to enquiries, and track bookings.
A vendor verification system ensures every listing on the platform is legitimate, giving customers the confidence to book and pay online. The platform launched with 8 service categories covering the full spectrum of event planning needs.
